This is a space for individual therapy sessions with Megha. These can be held online or in North Goa. You can read more about Megha and her training here

 

Who do I work well with? 

 

I work well with individuals:

  • who long for warm, gentle, and intuitive accompaniment as they explore their inner landscapes

  • who want to come home to themselves and their bodies, rather than seeking solutions or fixing something in themselves 

  • who value authenticity and freedom, and also long to connect and belong while being true to themselves 

  • who feel open or drawn to explore in creative and embodied ways in addition to conversations 

  • who are committed and ready to show up consistently for themselves

 

My intention is to partner with individuals who are value and approach aligned, who are truly nourished and served by our work together.

 

What can you expect in therapy sessions with me? 

 

My approach is oriented towards building connection with yourself, clarity about what you feel and need, and capacity to respond to all that life brings your way. I draw upon the resources of the arts and imagination, as well as the wisdom of the body. I also bring in a systemic lens, of recognising the impact of culture and external messaging, while stepping towards building trust in your own knowing and desires. 

 

That said, I work with each person differently, intuitively drawing from my training and philosophy, depending on each person’s unique context, preferences and needs on any given day. Each person also co-creates their experience in therapy, by choosing what they want to explore and focus on and sensing what ways of working feel best for them. In this way, we dance and flow together. 

 

How can you explore working with me?

 

  • If you are interested in working with me, I invite you to contact me here and I will reach out to you.

  • We will first set up a brief phone conversation to connect, before any paid sessions. 

  • During the first 1-3 sessions, both of us can assess if we are a good fit, and either continue or explore referrals. 

  • I usually suggest a weekly frequency for the first 2-3 months of working together, after which we can review what frequency works best for you. 

  • I offer a sliding scale for session fees to accommodate varying capacities.
